Role Description

Inherent Technologies is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a contract-based remote position. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, utilize creative strategies to attract qualified candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role involves regular communication with stakeholders, maintaining an applicant tracking system, and staying up-to-date on market trends and industry tools.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
  • Experience with Hiring processes and Recruiting strategies
  • Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
  • Knowledge of current market trends and technological advancements is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
