Role Description

IT Recruiter - Intern at DevLabs Technology.

The role is on-site and located in Gurugram.

As an IT Recruiter - Intern, you will be responsible for learning and assisting in full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, and technical recruiting tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and IT Recruitment skills
• Experience in hiring processes and techniques
• Knowledge of recruiting strategies and methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of technical roles and requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field

Payment and Other

• Internship duration will be of 6 months and you will get an stipend during this duration
• You will be converted on regular payroll of DevLabs based on your performance
