Ensure candidates have a positiveand seamless experience throughout the interview process.
Building relationship with the candidate
Maintaining Interview dashboards/ trackers
Sharing timely feedback with the internalteams (Talent Acquisition Team, Client Services Team etc)
Follow-ups with Interviewer Panel for interviewschedules & seek continuous feedback for any further improvisation
Reference Gathering from the prospect candidates
Resume formatting and editing of the candidates
Monitoring of hires and operations
Continuously evaluateand refine the interview scheduling and coordination processfor efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to streamline the recruitment process.
Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles for Technology
Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed accordingto policies and operational metrics
Utilizing recruiting database(s) and tools
Conducting and distributing reportson a regular basis and special reportson request, identifying issues and recommending actions
Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group
Cooperating with and providingstatus to Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR and Sourcing regarding candidates
Pro-actively work on assigned tech positions & deliver within TAT
Must Have
Minimum qualification- Graduate in any field
Excellent communication skills
Smart strong with articulation skills
Detail Oriented
Hands on experience with MS Word,Excel, PowerPoint
0-1 Yearsof proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter with expertise in closing the Backend, Data Engineering, Data Science, Front-End, Mobile (Android, iOS) & IT Security roles across E-Commerce/Product.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Virtual/Physical).
Technical expertise with an abilityto understand and explain job requirements for the above-mentioned roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Solid knowledgeof sourcing techniques & building a strong tech pipeline throughvaried sourcing channels (e.g. Social Media recruiting & Boolean search)
