HYRGPT is a GenAI-led Talent Intelligence platform transforming how organizations hire and manage talent. We're looking for a Technical Recruiter (24 years experience) who will play a key role in helping hire top talent with the use of our AI Engine.
The Tech Recruiter role involves leveraging advanced Boolean Search techniques and candidate sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent. Proficiency in data-driven recruiting and familiarity with various tech stacks enable effective resume screening and talent pipeline management. The recruiter will analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and utilize social media platforms and AI tools for enhanced candidate engagement. Expertise in Naukri usage is essential for targeted talent acquisition. Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and relationship building are critical for successful stakeholder interactions. Time management, critical thinking, empathy, adaptability, and attention to detail ensure efficient and thoughtful recruitment outcomes. This role supports organizational growth by aligning recruitment strategies with business needs and fostering a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Boolean Search, Candidate Sourcing, Data-driven Recruiting, Tech Stack Familiarity, and Resume Screening to effectively identify and attract qualified candidates.
Manage the talent pipeline by maintaining consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate sourcing strategies and improve hiring efficiency and quality.
Utilize social media recruiting and AI-driven recruitment tools to expand reach and enhance candidate engagement.
Leverage Naukri platform expertise to source and screen candidates aligned with technical requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
Adapt to changing recruitment needs while demonstrating critical thinking, empathy, and attention to detail throughout all hiring stages.
Qualifications:
We seek a Tech Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience skilled in Boolean Search, Candidate Sourcing, Data-driven Recruiting, and AI in recruitment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent Communication Skills, Negotiation, Relationship Building, and strong attention to detail to support our dynamic hiring needs professionally and efficiently.
