About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles including Backend, Frontend, QA, and Product.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through various channelsLinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings, evaluate technical fit, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and generate recruitment reports regularly.
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup or product company.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and hiring dynamics.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, Instahyre etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- Prior experience hiring for product-based startups.
- Familiarity with ATS tools like Lever, Greenhouse, or Freshteam.
- A passion for employer branding and talent marketing.
