Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various IT roles. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of technical skills and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule technical interviews with clients
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Negotiate salary and handle offer rollouts
