Job Description

Job Title: IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in technical hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various IT and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes to assess candidate suitability based on technical requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate communication skills, technical understanding, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate database and pipeline regularly.

Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate feedback and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skill sets.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Support senior recruiters in fulfilling bulk or niche hiring requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
  • Update ATS/CRM systems with candidate information and status.
  • Ensure proper documentation of candidate records and offer details.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred).
  • Basic understanding of IT roles such as Developers, Testers, Support Engineers, DevOps, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
