US Technical Recruiter – Automotive/Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Technical Recruiter to support hiring initiatives. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top engineering talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS databases, networking, and referrals
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical, behavioral, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, onboarding, and offer processes
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand technical requirements and staffing priorities
• Negotiate compensation rates and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
• Ensure compliance with US employment regulations and client hiring processes
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within ATS, VMS systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in US staffing/recruitment, preferably in Automotive or Aerospace engineering domains
• Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, or technical positions
• Strong understanding of US employment practices, W2/C2C/1099 hiring models, and visa terminology
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
