Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment – Source, screen, and place top IT professionals across various domains like cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise applications.
• Candidate Sourcing & Engagement – Use LinkedIn, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), ATS, and networking to find the best talent.
• Relationship Building – Develop strong candidate pipelines and maintain long-term relationships with IT professionals.
• Client & Vendor Coordination – Work closely with US-based hiring managers, MSPs, and VMS platforms to understand job requirements and deliver top talent.
• Negotiation & Offer Management – Handle rate negotiations, onboarding, and compliance for W2, C2C, and 1099 hires.
• Market Research & Strategy – Stay updated on the latest tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and immigration laws (H1B, OPT, GC, TN, EAD, etc.).
• Collaboration & Innovation – Work with internal teams to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and employer branding.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in US IT staffing & recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and major job boards.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work authorization types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC), and visa sponsorships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to engage, persuade, and build lasting relationships.
• A self-starter with a hunter mindset – excited about sourcing, cold calling, and networking.
• Ability to work night shifts (US Time Zone) and thrive in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
• Technical understanding of IT roles (DevOps, Cloud, Full Stack, Cybersecurity, AI, etc.).
