What You'll Do

End-to-end recruitment for US IT/Non-IT roles

Work with W2 and Direct Clients

Partner with hiring managers to source top talent

Drive negotiations and close candidates successfully

Must-Have

✅ 2–5 years of US/Canada/IT/Non-IT Recruitment experience

✅ Exposure to Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, construction hiring

✅ Experience working with W2 and Direct Clients

✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✅ Ability to work in EST shift from our Hyderabad office
