Role Overview: We are seeking a highly capable
Sr. Technical Recruiter to support our U.S. Talent Acquisition function. This role is designed for an individual with a strong
technical foundation (Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related) who can operate with
high autonomy, sound judgment, and accountability. The ideal candidate is not a coordinator, but a
strategic talent partner, someone who can assess, validate, and deliver high-quality talent aligned to complex technical requirements. This role requires
PST time zone support and a consistent ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruiting for technical domains, including ERP, Cloud, Data, AI, and Engineering
Conduct
in-depth candidate evaluation, ensuring alignment across skills, experience, and role requirements
Perform rigorous
candidate due diligence, including validation of background, project experience, and professional credibility
Develop and execute
advanced sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice and other platforms
Utilize
Boolean search techniques and AI-enabled tools to enhance sourcing efficiency and precision
Deliver
high-quality candidate submissions with clear insights, summaries, and evaluation notes
Maintain structured tracking and reporting through
ATS, RTS, Excel, and SharePoint
Engage proactively with TA Director, providing timely updates and market intelligence
Continuously refine sourcing methodologies in line with evolving market trends
Qualifications & Expertise
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with exposure to U.S. staffing environments
- Strong understanding of technology landscapes and technical roles
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive hiring outcomes
Core Competencies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and validation capability
- Expertise in AI Hiring Assistant, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder, Zip Recruiter, Diversity, Naukri, and Boolean search
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint), Zoom
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern recruiting technologies
- Close attention to detail with a structured, documentation-driven approach
