About the Rol

eWe are seeking an experienced Contract IT Recruiter to support recruitment for technical and IT-related roles across Canadian markets. This is a remote contract opportunity suited for a recruiter who can manage searches independently, understand technical requirements, and engage qualified IT professionals in a fast-paced environment

.The successful candidate must have at least 6 years of recruitment experience, with strong experience recruiting for IT, technology, infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, data, cloud, ERP, or related technical positions

Key Responsibiliti

• esManage full-cycle IT recruitment from intake to candidate submissio
• n.Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical and IT role
• s.Recruit for contract and/or permanent positions across Canadian market
• s.Conduct phone and video interviews to assess technical experience, communication skills, availability, rate expectations, and fi
• t.Work with hiring managers or account teams to understand technical requirement
• s.Write clear candidate summaries and present qualified candidates for revie
• w.Maintain accurate recruitment activity, candidate notes, and pipeline update
• s.Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring proces
