Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT technologies, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to identify and hire top talent across various technical domains.

The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements, build talent pipelines, and ensure timely closures while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Understand technical job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and technical fit assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare hiring reports, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with current IT market trends, hiring practices, and emerging technologies.
