Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients

• Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures

• Maintain strong candidate relationships

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment

• Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies

• Hands-on experience with job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in night shifts
