US IT / Non-IT Recruiter (Night Shift) — Onsite, Somajiguda, Hyderabad
About the Role
We are looking for experienced US IT and Non-IT Recruiters to join our team in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. This is a full-time, onsite night-shift role (US time zone) with fast-track growth, competitive pay, and strong performance-based incentives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates across US IT and Non-IT profiles (technical, non-technical, contract and permanent)
- Work on requirements from US clients end-to-end — sourcing, screening, submission, follow-up, and placement
- Build strong Boolean search strings and source through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and internal tools
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication
- Maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS and manage submission, interview, and onboarding trackers
- Meet recruitment targets (submissions, submittals, interviews, and closures)
Skills & Requirements
- 1–5+ years of experience in US staffing and recruitment (night shift preferred)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work in U.S. time zones from office (onsite – Somajiguda)
- Good understanding of US work requirements, work visas, and rate negotiations is a plus
- Highly target-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
