Technology Recruiter RPO (US Client)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter with a strong background in technical recruitment to support a US-based client through an RPO engagement. This role requires deep understanding of technology roles, strong stakeholder partnership, and the ability to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes at scale across India.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and technology leaders to understand technical hiring needs, workforce plans, and long-term talent strategies
Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for critical roles, including software engineering, product, data, cloud, DevOps, and other niche technology positions
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting processfrom intake and sourcing through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure
Provide market intelligence and advisory support, including talent availability, compensation benchmarking, and competitive hiring trends within the technology landscape
Execute advanced sourcing strategies such as passive candidate engagement, talent pool development, and bulk technical hiring initiatives
Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical talent aligned to current and future business needs
Own and continuously enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a best-in-class and inclusive hiring journey
Track, analyze, and leverage recruiting metrics to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for complex and high-demand technology roles
Strong understanding of technical skill sets, role requirements, and technology hiring markets
Experience recruiting for product-based or SaaS organizations, including pool-based and bulk hiring models
Exceptional expertise in sourcing, technical screening, assessment, negotiation, and closing
Ability to partner with and influence senior business and technology stakeholders
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
