Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Recruiterwith 23 years of experience in IT/Technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good understanding of various technology stacks, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Work with hiring managers on role clarity and selection criteria.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases.
- Screen profiles, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking.
- Handle offers, negotiations, notice-period follow-ups, and pre-joining engagement.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Track key recruitment metrics (TAT, sourcing efficiency, closures).
- Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Science background
- BE with Computer Science candidates with Recruitment experience are good to have
- 23years of experiencein IT/Technical recruitment (corporate or consultancy).
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, skill sets(Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Testing, etc.) and Market Benchmarking
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to working partly on Non IT requirement will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
