Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, Data Scientists).
- Source candidates through channels like LinkedIn, Naukri, and employee referrals.
- Conduct pre-screening calls and technical interviews (initial assessments).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source efficiency, offer acceptance ratio).
- Promote Movate's employer brand as a top workplace for tech talent.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT/ITeS/tech consulting).
- Ability to understand and evaluate skills in Java, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, etc.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Darwinbox).
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
Required Skills:
- Experience in hiring IT services firms.
- Knowledge of diversity hiring practices.
- Certification in recruitment is a plus.
