Technical Project Manager

Key deliverables:

1. Develop and maintain project plans ensuring projects stay within scope, schedule, and quality standards
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams and insurer stakeholders for seamless project execution
3. Monitor project risks, progress, resource allocation, and report updates to management regularly
4. Mentor junior project managers to build team capabilities and optimize delivery efficiency

Role responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple concurrent projects and work streams with high predictability and process optimization
2. Communicate effectively across all levels of management and stakeholders with clear status updates
3. Adapt project scope and timelines in collaboration with technical and product teams as needed
4. Implement and enforce project lifecycle processes to ensure risk mitigation and quality delivery
