Supply Chain Manager

•  Collect relevant data, including distribution data, financial and logistics operations metrics, and information on productivity and customer demand, and use various quantitative methods to recommend supply chain network improvements.
• Discover opportunities that will improve supply chain network processes efficiency and costs.
• Support business in reviewing customer s logistics and distribution requirements so that the company can operate profitably.
• Implement various IT solutions, and help improve its value by developing the knowledge base and tools necessary to give a competitive advantage on the market.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define logistics and distribution strategies.
• Lead improvement projects or work with businesses to enhance supply chain processes
• Manage a team of analysts or specialists

Skills Preferred:

• At least 8 years of working experience with minimum of 4 years in operations management.
• Lead in manufacturing or distribution warehouse footprint studies.
• Lead in the deployment of logistics or distribution processes.
• Developed logistics financial and operating metrics.
• Wrote user specification for developing data warehouse reporting.
• A people manager.
• Project management skill
• Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management methodology
• Experience in regional or global footprint studies
