Codemonk is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee software development projects from beginning to end, serving as a crucial link between clients and technical teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional agile teams through full project lifecycle while ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies and collaborate with product owners to define and execute sprint goals
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining clear stakeholder communication
- Monitor and report project health, risks, and mitigation strategies
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of total experience with 2+ years as Technical Project Manager
- Previous hands-on experience as a developer or QA engineer
- Strong technical background with ability to understand and communicate complex requirements
- Experience with agile project management tools (Jira)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
