Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for product and custom software projects.
• Drive project execution from concept, architecture, and roadmap planning to release and post-launch support.
• Align business objectives with technical execution and client expectations.
• Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional Agile teams including frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, and data/AI engineers.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical decision-making, and sprint planning as a hands-on TPM.
• Oversee delivery of solutions built with React, Node.js, Python, and AWS.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Present project progress, demos, risks, and action plans to internal leadership and domestic/international clients.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, resource plans, dependencies, and milestones.
• Track project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Maintain strong governance around release management and delivery processes.
