Job SummaryAligned Automation is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager at the expert level to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex technical projects and programs from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on-time, and to the required level of quality. This position will require technical expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery of technical programs and projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, and schedules.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manage communication and coordination across all stakeholders, including executive leadership, development teams, and external partners.
- Ensure project outcomes align with business objectives and requirements.
- Define, measure, and report on project metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve program management processes and best practices.
- Optimize & create efficiency.
- Navigate large and distributed stakeholder ecosystem; build trust and partnership gather facts, analyse the business process, draw conclusions, propose recommendations for leadership discussions.
- Translates requirements to credible product plans, drive POCs, anchor architectural decision-making, drive senior management reviews.

RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
- 7-9 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master with knowledge of Agile/Lean and SAFe methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects and programs.
- Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hands on experience in using JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence and handling multiple Epics/Stories.
