Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Process Engineering Team. This role is critical in driving execution excellence across multiple product and engineering teams at HiLabs. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced startup environment, is highly detail-oriented, and can manage cross-functional initiatives with strong stakeholder alignment.

You will play a central role in ensuring program delivery, executive visibility, and operational rigor by leveraging tools like Jira and other reporting platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end Technical program management for complex, multi-team initiatives in alignment with HiLabs strategic goals.
  • To play the role of a Scrum master for the Program and Functional teams and facilitate the Customer Experience.
  • Establish Technical program governance frameworks, cadences, and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Implementation and delivery teams and Business stakeholders to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and reporting dashboards to track progress, manage risks, and deliver executive-ready reports.
  • Ensure timely delivery of key programs by coordinating cross-functional priorities and resolving blockers.
  • Develop executive dashboards and reports with metrics on program health, delivery, and organizational impact.
  • Drive continuous improvement within Process Engineering processes to adapt to HiLabs fast-paced and evolving needs.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and agility across teams.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of program/project management experience, preferably in technology or healthcare startups.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, and other program reporting/analytics tools. Has experience as a Scrum master.
  • Experience setting up and running Process Engineering processes (governance, reporting, risk management, executive comms).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage diverse stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Business.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a track record of building executive-facing dashboards and status reports.
  • PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Master, certified Product Owner) are a plus and is required.
  • Healthcare domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
