About the Role:
The Business Technology team at our client plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide transformation by enabling core business functions through modern platforms such as Salesforce and the Microsoft Power Platform.
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager / Technical Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team. This hybrid role combines technical program delivery with hands-on business analysis, requiring strong ownership of end-to-end solution executionfrom requirements discovery through successful delivery.
You will work closely with Architects, Engineers, Product Owners, Platform Specialists, and senior business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Program Management
- Plan, execute, and deliver enterprise initiatives across Salesforce and Microsoft Power Platform ecosystems.
- Own program and project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional technology teams and third-party vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Maintain program governance artifacts such as status reports, RAID logs, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for QA, UAT, security, compliance, performance, and resiliency.
- Track progress against defined KPIs and success metrics; proactively manage scope, schedule, and cost.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery and technical risks; escalate issues where required.
- Drive change management and ensure alignment with enterprise governance processes.
Technical Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current-state business processes and systems to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and standardization.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring clarity on requirements and outcomes.
- Validate requirements against platform capabilities and enterprise architecture standards.
- Support adoption through user documentation, training materials, and operational handover.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager and/or Technical Business Analyst delivering enterprise solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or platform capabilities)
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience with API-based integrations, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
- High attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
