Job Description

Take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of technology products, from roadmap creation and feature prioritization to launch and post-release evaluation. Ensure strategic alignment, clear documentation, and effective stakeholder communication while proactively managing risks. Lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor team members to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and technological advancements.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery with a high-performing engineering team.
  • Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance to engineering teams, articulate customer pain points, and define performance metrics.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve product performance and user satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reporting on product performance, development progress, and market trends.
  • Mentor and support team members, including hiring, coaching, and enabling agile decision-making.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields with leadership abilities.
