Director - Business & Operations

Newton School is looking for a dynamic Business Leader to drive program growth, business expansion and growth at Newton School. This role requires someone with a strong customer focus and understating of market dynamics.

The ideal candidate will:

• Proven track record in strategic planning, business growth, demand planning, P&L management & ownership along with a strong financial acumen.
• Drive business growth through data-driven decisions and innovative solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

• Proven experience in business strategy, growth, and operations.
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
