Responsibilities :
Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using Azure and Core Java ensuring alignment with business goals.
Oversee the development process providing technical guidance and support to team members to enhance productivity and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding testing and deployment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Mentor and coach junior developers fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance the companys technological capabilities.
Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives.
Implement security measures and compliance standards to protect data integrity and privacy.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Document technical processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Qualifications -
Possess a strong proficiency in Azure with hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
Demonstrate expertise in Core Java with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
Have a proven track record of successfully leading technical projects and delivering results.
Show strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
