D365 F & O Technical Lead

Experience:

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics FO or prior versions.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Architect.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Azure Services, Lifecycle Services Management, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and API Management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) technical architecture and development tools like X++, MorphX.
• Expertise in Integration frameworks such as Azure IPaaS, Data Entities, OData, Power Platform, BYOD, and Azure SQL Server.

Responsibilities:

• Map typical data flows and integrations between applications/systems across the IT landscape.
• Develop designs, patterns, and blueprints for ERP implementation.
• Define the architecture components for potential alternatives for legacy apps.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for D365 FO technical architecture, development methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated build, test, and deployment of Dynamics 365 FO.
• Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and release pipelines within Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Design and implement financial and supply chain management solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to technical consultants on the team.
• Manage and maintain ISV solutions.
• Manage release management activities through the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Extensive experience working with GDPR compliance requirements.
• Performance management of MS Feature upgrades, Hotfixes, and compliance with the Microsoft release calendar.

Preferred:

• Experience working on X++ for customizations and extensions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Design and implement customizations, integrations, reports, extensions (ISVs), and manage data migrations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
