Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities and generate leads for our software and application development services. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable digital solutions, and converting leads into long-term clients. The candidate will work closely with the CEO and technical team to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and contribute to expanding the company's client base.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for software, web, and mobile application development services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, freelancing marketplaces, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their project requirements and business goals.
  • Present company services and propose suitable software or application solutions to clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and project briefs for prospective clients.
  • Manage and respond to leads from Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other online marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure clear understanding of client requirements.
  • Maintain and manage a sales pipeline and follow up with prospects regularly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly or quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings in software and digital services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Computer Applications (BCA), Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1/ 1+ year of experience in business development, IT sales, or client acquisition in the software or digital services industry.
  • Experience working with freelancing and lead-generation platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of software development, web development, and mobile application services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal writing, and sales pipeline management is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
