Role Description

The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships in the assigned region. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, building partnerships with distributors and clients, meeting sales targets, and conducting market analysis to understand trends and customer needs. The Area Sales Manager will also oversee the implementation of sales strategies, provide product presentations, and deliver excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and client management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement successful sales strategies
  • Familiarity with industrial and commercial LED lighting products or related industries is preferred
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region for business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is highly desirable
