Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for an International Sales Associate. The responsibilities include identifying and communicating with prospective clients, building and fostering strong business relationships with international decision-makers, promoting conference services, and negotiating sales agreements. The role involves achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in international sales or client relationship management
  • Proficiency in market research and identifying leads
  • Ability to adapt to cultural diversities and work in a global business environment
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience using CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Enthusiasm for learning about international markets and business landscapes
