About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in biotechnology, biochemistry, biomedical science, or related fields to support our customers in using Scanbo's advanced diagnostic products. You will be the face of customer experienceresolving issues, providing product guidance, and ensuring seamless support. This role requires a proactive individual capable of troubleshooting technical problems, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. On-site presence in Surat is essential, and training will be provided to candidates with the right learning attitude.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience in technical support or related roles within the biotechnology or healthcare industry. A bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Bioinformatics, or B.Sc. IT (preferred) is required. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, with Gujarati language skills considered an advantage. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, along with the ability to multitask efficiently. On-site availability in Surat is essential for this role. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Troubleshoot product-related problems, analyze technical queries, and offer practical solutions to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as R&D, product development, and quality assurance to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, queries, resolutions, and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on optimal product usage and features.
  • Assist in the development and updating of user guides, manuals, FAQs, and other support materials to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify recurring issues and work with relevant teams to recommend and implement product or process improvements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional, timely, and courteous support at all times.
