Job Description

Finguru is looking for a Tech Support Engineer to support internal IT operations and assist in testing newly developed applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring smooth functionality.

Role Overview

Experience: 1-3 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot OS, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops/desktops and user access.
  • Test applications developed by the internal team and identify bugs.
  • Document issues, track them through ticketing tools, and follow up for resolution.
  • Perform regression testing after fixes are deployed.
  • Maintain IT inventory and support routine IT operations.
  • Prepare basic documentation, SOPs, and support guides.

Required Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in IT Support / Technical Support.
  • Basic knowledge of application testing, QA, and bug reporting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across OS, hardware, and networks.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (Jira, Freshdesk, etc.).
  • Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Degree in IT / Computer Science preferred.
