Finguru is looking for a Tech Support Engineer to support internal IT operations and assist in testing newly developed applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring smooth functionality.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for systems, applications, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot OS, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops/desktops and user access.
- Test applications developed by the internal team and identify bugs.
- Document issues, track them through ticketing tools, and follow up for resolution.
- Perform regression testing after fixes are deployed.
- Maintain IT inventory and support routine IT operations.
- Prepare basic documentation, SOPs, and support guides.
Required Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in IT Support / Technical Support.
- Basic knowledge of application testing, QA, and bug reporting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across OS, hardware, and networks.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (Jira, Freshdesk, etc.).
- Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Degree in IT / Computer Science preferred.
