Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product engineering lifecycle from architecture and design to deployment and performance optimization.
- Build and scale robust technology platforms that support ODN's high-volume content production and delivery.
- Develop AI-driven tools and automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and creative output.
- Oversee infrastructure management, cloud deployment, and data security for all ODN products.
- Provide technical direction across front-end and back-end development teams, ensuring seamless product performance and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and business teams to align engineering goals with organizational priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers and tech leads to foster innovation and ownership.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them to strengthen ODN's product roadmap.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 810 years of proven experience in software engineering and product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in full-stack development proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of product scalability, infrastructure management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong expertise in building and scaling large-scale products, cloud infrastructure, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
