Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Teamcenter PLM and related services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for Teamcenter RAC and AWC clients
  • Perform user access control, role configuration, and admin tasks
  • Manage incident tickets, service requests, and perform root cause analysis
  • Coordinate with dev/infrastructure teams for issue resolution
  • Document fixes, SOPs, and build knowledge base content
  • Optional: Work with ITK, SOA, or basic customization
  • Exposure to CAD tools like NX, SolidEdge is a plus
  • Use of ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Remedy
  • Should be open to shifts or on-call support when required
