Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database solutions for large-scale enterprise systems
Perform advanced performance tuning of complex SQL queries and database workloads
Analyze and optimize query execution plans using AWR reports and Explain Plan tools
Work with large databases (10 TB+) ensuring performance and reliability
Manage and support Oracle RAC and Data Guard environments
Handle database replication using Oracle Streams and troubleshoot related issues
Monitor and optimize database storage, memory, and network performance
Use Oracle Grid Control for monitoring and administration tasks
Develop and maintain Unix/Perl scripts for automation and support activities
Investigate and resolve critical database performance and production issues
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams for issue resolution
