We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader for our Collection and Recovery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the collection processes, leading a team of collectors, and implementing strategies to improve recovery rates. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of collection practices, and the ability to drive team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the collections and recovery team to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery rates.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in collections or recovery management, preferably in a team leader role.
  • Strong understanding of collection processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
  • Proficient in using collection software and tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
