We are looking for a Telecaller to join our Customer Support Outbound Process focusing on Collection and Recovery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, assisting them with their payment issues, and ensuring timely collections. This role is crucial for maintaining customer relationships while achieving the company's recovery targets.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers for collections and recovery of dues.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve customer queries and provide assistance regarding payment issues.
  • Follow up with customers on payment reminders and set up payment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve collection strategies.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations while handling customer information.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language).
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate payment plans with customers.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Good listening skills and empathy towards customer concerns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
