Job Title: Team Lead
We are hiring a proactive Team Lead to manage a high-performing customer service & sales team in a real estate process. The role focuses on driving FCR, CSAT/NPS, sales conversions, upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach the team to achieve KPIs: FCR, CSAT, NPS, and sales targets
Drive lead management, follow-ups, and deal closures
Improve conversion rates through upselling and cross-selling
Handle customer/client escalations with quick resolution
Monitor attrition, shrinkage, and team productivity
Analyze data & feedback to enhance customer experience and performance
Publish daily MIS/reporting and drive data-backed decisions
Requirements:
2–4 years experience in sales/customer service (real estate preferred)
1+ year as Team Lead
Strong people & performance management skills
Hands-on with CRM tools & Excel
Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
