Senior Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design warehouse automation solutions, integrating GreyOrange products and other material handling equipment.
• Engage clients on technical solutions and obtain approvals/sign-offs.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel and other data processing tools for analysis with minimal supervision.
• Use AutoCAD to validate and make minor modifications to drawings.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness by conducting sanity checks and addressing exceptions or deviations.
• Maintain all documentation, including minutes of meetings (MOMs), executive summaries, reference slides, presentations, and standard operating processes (SOPs).
• Collaborate effectively with peers and teams, demonstrating sensitivity to timelines and proactive alerts.
