Manager, Intelligent Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 support for deployed RPA solutions ensuring stability, availability, and timely issue resolution.
• Design, develop, test, and implement automation workflows using Automation Anywhere A360 and Power Platform.
• Monitor automation performance and publish operational metrics including incidents, change requests, bot performance, and deployment data.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for automation KPIs and operational insights.
• Develop and enhance automation scripts and workflows to eliminate manual effort and improve process efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain and optimize RPA infrastructure and control room operations.
• Handle incident management, change requests, and ensure adherence to change management processes.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical architecture discussions for automation initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation of automation processes, workflows, and support procedures.
• Support business teams in understanding and adopting RPA solutions and best practices.
• Work on integration of automation with systems such as SAP, SharePoint, email, web applications, APIs, Excel, PDF, and terminal systems.
• Support SDLC and Agile development processes including testing, UAT, and bug fixes.
• Build scalable automation solutions for run support activities to reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with governance, risk, compliance, and business teams for secure and compliant automation delivery.
• Support automation scaling initiatives and contribute to building centralized automation capability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies including Gen AI, OCR tools, and Agentic Automation concepts.
• Participate in stakeholder discussions, technical workshops, and solution strategy planning.
