Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to educate and guide customers on Soft cell's offerings.
Collaborate with technical teams to provide product demonstrations and solution consultations.
Work with marketing to follow up on campaigns and inbound leads.
Maintain accurate CRM records to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and forecasts.
Stay updated on Apple product releases, JAMF solutions, and market trends to better serve customers.
