Job Summary
We are looking for a Team Lead IT Staffing who will function as a hands-on Individual Contributor while also leading and managing a recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C2H / contract staffing, domestic recruitment, and proven ability to deliver closures personally while driving team performance and client satisfaction.
Experience
- 59 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment
- Minimum 34 years in a Team Lead role, with strong hands-on hiring exposure
- Proven experience working as both Individual Contributor and Team Lead
1. Individual Contributor (Hands-on Recruitment)
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H and contract positions
- Source, screen, and close critical and niche IT requirements
- Work directly on complex, high-priority, and leadership-level positions
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified IT professionals
- Ensure quality submissions and timely closures as per SLAs
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters
- Assign requirements, set targets, and track daily/weekly performance
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
- Drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement within the team
- Support recruiters in closures, negotiations, and client coordination
3. Contract Staffing & Client Management
- Manage and deliver domestic C2H staffing requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders
- Understand client hiring needs and provide effective staffing solutions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree is a plus
