Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Drive business growth through increase sales working closely with in-market teams and commercial partners.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and long terms sales projections; update & present to relevant stakeholders on regular basis.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
  • Negotiate with & support internal teams for new supply-order execution and update the customers on status.
  • Provide complete business support for day to day activities on existing products / under-development projects with existing / new customers.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as SPOC for partner communications, inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong & lasting relationships with business clients and commercial partners.
  • Understand customer needs and if needed, devise tailored solutions to meet both internal and client's requirements
  • Organize, anchor and participate in partner meetings & events to strengthen relationships.
  • Product Knowledge and Training
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's product portfolio.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Demonstrate high engagement level of the team members through mentoring, coaching and facilitating trainings as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience
  • Experience in B2B sales, partner & alliance management & client relationship management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related industry. Total work experience of 8-14years.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding delivery targets.
  • Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
