Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Drive outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and lead follow-ups.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to design campaigns supporting sales objectives.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure consistent achievement of individual and team sales KPIs.
