Requirement
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible
Team Lead to oversee daily operations and staff performance at our Family Entertainment Center. This individual will play a key role in ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for guests while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency across all zones including arcade, bowling, soft play, trampoline park, and F&B areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the on-ground operations team (game attendants, F&B staff, cleaning and technical staff).
- Ensure all sections of the FEC are clean, operational, and ready before opening each day.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Conduct daily briefing sessions, shift allocations, and performance tracking of team members.
- Coordinate with maintenance/technical teams for timely resolution of equipment issues.
- Monitor staff grooming, behavior, and adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Manage inventory of consumables, redemption items, and basic maintenance supplies.
- Assist in implementing and supporting marketing/promotional activities.
- Maintain checklists, incident reports, and daily sales/activity logs accurately via electronic applications.
- Act as a bridge between the management and front-line staff to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain relationships and lesioning between the Head office and the client.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, amusement parks, or retail/customer service. Location: Kakti, Belagavi. Karnataka -591113.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is required.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Management, or a related field preferred.
Work Schedule
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
