About the Role

We are hiring dynamic and target-oriented Team Leads / Sr. Team Leads to drive our B2B & B2C sales operations in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing sales teams, handling student counseling/sales processes, and achieving revenue targets through small-ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a sales team of 15+ members including Business Development Executives and Counselors.
  • Drive B2B & B2C sales for EdTech courses and training programs.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, team productivity, and conversion performance.
  • Support the team in lead handling, follow-ups, counseling, and closures.
  • Ensure achievement of individual and team revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular team training, motivation sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for lead flow and campaign execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students, institutions, and clients.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS updates.
  • Ensure high-quality customer interaction and overall sales process adherence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in EdTech sales (Mandatory).
  • Experience in handling both B2B & B2C sales processes.
  • Strong exposure to small-ticket sales.
  • Proven experience managing a team size of 15+ members.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong target orientation and team handling capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and sales reporting tools is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Experience in student counseling, admissions, or training/course sales.
  • Candidates with strong team management and revenue achievement track records will be preferred.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days are highly preferred.
