Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Lead, Business Development who can drive revenue growth while building and managing a high-performing sales team. This role combines individual contribution with leadership responsibilities, including lead generation, client acquisition, team recruitment, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
  • Pitch products/services to potential clients and close deals
  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

2. Lead Generation & Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
  • Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns and conversions
  • Track and optimize lead funnel performance

3. Team Recruitment & Training

  • Hire and onboard Business Development Executives/Associates
  • Train new team members on sales processes and product knowledge
  • Continuously upskill the team to improve performance

4. Team Handling & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
  • Set targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
  • Conduct daily/weekly reviews and drive accountability

5. Process & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM and track sales metrics
  • Prepare reports on team performance, revenue, and pipeline
  • Ensure smooth coordination between teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in sales and closing deals
  • Prior experience in team handling or leadership roles
  • Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team
  • Target-oriented and self-driven mindset
  • Good understanding of sales funnels and lead management
