Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Lead, Business Development who can drive revenue growth while building and managing a high-performing sales team. This role combines individual contribution with leadership responsibilities, including lead generation, client acquisition, team recruitment, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Pitch products/services to potential clients and close deals
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
2. Lead Generation & Strategy
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
- Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns and conversions
- Track and optimize lead funnel performance
3. Team Recruitment & Training
- Hire and onboard Business Development Executives/Associates
- Train new team members on sales processes and product knowledge
- Continuously upskill the team to improve performance
4. Team Handling & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
- Set targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
- Conduct daily/weekly reviews and drive accountability
5. Process & Reporting
- Maintain CRM and track sales metrics
- Prepare reports on team performance, revenue, and pipeline
- Ensure smooth coordination between teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in sales and closing deals
- Prior experience in team handling or leadership roles
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team
- Target-oriented and self-driven mindset
- Good understanding of sales funnels and lead management
