Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring targets and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define hiring plans.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct regular reporting and provide insights on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Train and develop junior recruiters to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and organizational hiring standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and candidate experience.
